Antioxidants can slow cell destruction by neutralizing free radicals that can cause cell damage. Free radicals are caused by smoking, alcohol, stress, pollution and many other things including elevated body temperature from exercising. So it is very important to consume as much antioxidants as you can. 

Free Radical can cause rapid aging, cancer, and many other diseases including Alzheimer’s.  Consuming antioxidant will help rid free radicals giving you more energy and less pain.

You can find antioxidant mostly in berries especially Acai berries. You can also find them in krill oil and other fruits and vegetables. It is highly recommended for you to incorporate antioxidants into your daily food intakes.
