Delicious Chili
1lb extra lean ground beef (grass fed preferable)
52 oz pinto beans (may incorporate kidney beans if desired)
2 32 oz can of petite diced tomatoes
1 med red onion
Sea salt to taste
Chili powder to taste
Cayenne pepper to taste (optional)
Ground meat together with chopped onion on medium to medium-low heat until cooked thoroughly. Add beans (drain and rinse if using kidney beans). Add tomatoes, salt, chili powder and cayenne pepper. Mix and bring to a gentle boil. Allow to boil gently for approximately 15 minutes then turn heat to low and simmer until ready to serve. (Add 1-2 cups of water if a thinner consistency is desired.)
